Collection: Our Bourbon Cask Series

As part of our first release whisky, we are proud to offer you our Bourbon Cask Series. Three whisky expressions that are all from ex-bourbon casks, yet all have different characteristics. All have high ABVs that allow you to enjoy neat or add a little ice or water and experience the array of flavours the whisky delivers.

We believe what we lost to the angels in angels share because of the dry summers, major bushfires and cold snowy winters, we gained in flavour!
