Triple organic juniper macerated at 60 degrees for 60 mins to unlock all of the botanical's full potential. Left to steep for 24 hours, with more fresh organic juniper added to the pot before distilling. The vapour basket is packed with even more organic juniper and other botanicals to perfectly balance the gin. 

 

After distillation the gin is then matured in an ex-Bourbon barrel for 6 months in the pristine Australian snowy mountains.  The whisky barrel maturation has added another layer of complexity to this gin and has produced a very enjoyable drink.

 

If you are a whisky drinker, it’s perfect for sipping neat or on the rocks.  Some prefer this whisky aged gin with soda, and garnished with a slice of fresh lemon, or even a few blueberries. Because of the complex combination it is also perfect for a sneaky negroni.


Released at 42%ABV our testers described the Gin as “an exotic bouquet of flowers on the nose and a Juniper led chewy sweetness in the mouth as the botanicals evolve. It finishes with a nice subtle nod to the Whisky barrel maturation”.
