A complex and inviting aroma of stewed fruits and hints of coffee immediately greet the senses, underscored by intriguing char notes, a nod to the cask influence. The palate is a luxurious mix of dried fruits and sweet sultanas, beautifully complemented by a subtle yet distinct nuttiness. As it develops, a delicate wood smoke emerges, with rounded vanilla and sweet caramel notes, that is both rich and smooth. A long, lingering smooth finish, leaving a satisfying warmth a nod to its complex flavours.
